Sri Vishnu Educational Society (SVES) was established by Late Padma Bhushan Dr. B.V. Raju, the doyen of the Indian cement industry. SVES is providing high-quality education in pharmacy, medicine, and engineering. His service-oriented, philanthropic, and holistic attitude led to the establishment of several educational institutions across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

SVES stood out among its peers through perseverance and dedication. Its institutions are committed to fostering a positive and creative learning environment that transforms aspiring professionals into technology innovators and future market leaders. SVES strives for academic excellence through enhanced teaching pedagogy, including classroom interaction, case discussions, seminars by industry experts and academicians, hands-on training, group discussions, role-playing, workshops, and employability training.

Padma Bhushan Dr. B. V. Raju, the Founder Chairman of Sri Vishnu Educational Society, was a man of simple words, high aims, and great achievements. Born into a humble agricultural family in Kumudavalli, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Raju believed that education is the true path to upliftment. He earned a degree in Chemical Technology from Banaras Hindu University and later pursued management studies at Harvard University.

After reaching professional heights, this humble visionary dedicated his energy and resources to fulfilling his lifelong dream of promoting and disseminating knowledge. He focused particularly on professional education and identified Narsapur (Telangana) and Bhimavaram (Andhra Pradesh) as strategic locations for technical institutions. From 1997 onward, he established engineering colleges, a dental college and hospital, a pharmacy college, a computer education college, a polytechnic, and multiple schools under the banner of SVES.
