About IIC Institute
Vision / Mission of IIC established at the Institute
Vision: To become a hub of innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advances, driving positive change in society and the economy through the cultivation of ground-breaking ideas, the nurturing of start-ups, and the empowerment of students, faculty, and the wider community.
Mission:
- M1 - Nurture Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the institute by providing resources, mentorship, and opportunities for students and faculty to explore and develop innovative ideas.
- M2 - Support Entrepreneurship: Empower aspiring entrepreneurs to transform their innovative concepts into viable start-ups by offering incubation services, access to funding, and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts.
- M3 - Educate and Skill Development: Organize workshops, training programs, and events to enhance entrepreneurial skills, technological expertise, and business acumen among the institute’s community.
Journey of IIC established at the Institute
- IIC at Vishnu Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (VIPER), Narsapur was started in October 2018.
- IIC, VIPER has secured 4 stars in 2018-19 and 3 stars in 2019-20 and 2022-23.
- IIC, VIPER has organized many innovation and entrepreneurship-related workshops, sessions, idea and start-up competitions, and field visits to incubation centres.
Entrepreneurship cell
This body organizes events, workshops, and networking opportunities for students interested in starting their own businesses. They may also provide resources and mentorship.
