About the department
The department has modern facilities to carry out the research activities like phytochemical investigations and antimicrobial studies for synthetic and natural products. The department is also engaged in the standardization of various poly herbal formulations and therapeutic efficacies of antimicrobial agents are studied through serum antibacterial assays and therapeutic drug monitoring.
