The VIPER NSS Unit and Red Cross Society had jointly organized Blood Donation Camp in the college premises in association with Indian Red Cross Society (Narsapur Division), the Principal inaugurated the camp. Some of the NSS volunteers themselves had became donors; then they canvassed exhaustively to bring donors to the venue. There were 21 units of blood mobilized during the camp. The head of team from Red Cross Society, a happy man extended his deep satisfaction.
Vishnu Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Narsapur in association with Endling conferences Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad has organized 2nd International conference on “Innovation in Drug Development and Clinical Pharmacy” on 17th and 18th February 2020.
The conference was inaugurated by Dr. SushrutaKoppula, Associate Professor, Konkuk University, Seoul, South Korea, Mrs. AhmediBanu, Clinical Pharmacist, Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. K. Ramadas, Chairman, Vikas College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Suryapet, Telengana, Dr. Kumar V.S. Nemmani, Director, Shri Vishnu College of Pharmacy, Bheemavaram, Andhra Pradesh, Mr. RavichandranRajagopalan, Vice-chairman, Sri Vishnu Educational Society and Dr. A. Ramesh, Principal, Vishnu Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Narsapur.
After the inauguration, keynote forum started and the speakers gave their valuable presentations. 30 technical sessions were held with speakers coming from all over India. 800 delegates all over India have registered in this international conference, of which 90 e-posters were presented and 30 oral presentations. Along with presentations, pharma quiz and pharmathon were also conducted simultaneously.The best posters, oral presentations, winners of pharma quiz and pharmathon were awarded with memento. The conference ended with valedictory function in presence of chief guest Dr. T. Jayapal Reddy, Chairman, St. Peter’s Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hanamkonda, Guest of honors Dr. G. Krishna Mohan, Professor, JNTUH, Dr.Shobha Rani, Associate Professor, JNTUH, Dr.RameshAdepu, Principal, Vikas Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nalgondaand Dr. A. Ramesh, Principal, VIPER.
This convention was a grand success because of the collective effort of the Vishnu Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research and Endling conferences Pvt. Ltd. The convention ended with lots of joy and happiness expressed by highly satisfied delegates.
Happy to share that VIPER team were winners in "Dr.Kalam Innovation Festival" in agricultural and rural development cash prize of Rs 25,000/- to support their concept.
